RETURNS / EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT

If unsatisfied with your purchase, our hassle-free online Returns Portal offers store credit, exchanges, or refunds.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If your order is not quite right, you may be eligible to return it for a credit, exchange, or refund. All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Return requests made outside of this period will be denied.

The garments and footwear are returned within 14 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt. The garments and footwear are returned in original packaging. Garments and/or footwear must be in saleable condition, i.e., clean, with tags attached, and in original condition. Garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted. The following items are non-exchangeable: Jewellery or sale items.

FULL PRICED ITEMS may be returned for an online credit/refund (Worldwide) or exchange (AUS only) via our Returns Portal  

Full-priced purchases made using our welcome 10% off discount code are still considered “FULL PRICE”, not “SALE ITEMS”.

SALE ITEMS Products purchased at a discount during an Annual Archive / Promotional sale event are considered final sales and are not eligible for refund or exchange. “Bundles” and “Spend & Save” offers qualify for Store credit only. For. “Bundles” and “Spend & Save” Please request a return approval via Customer Care.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE While we do our best to ensure everything, we send to our valued customers is in immaculate condition, if you receive an item from us that you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, Please request a return approval via  Please request a return approval via Customer care within 7 days of delivery. Please note that items damaged due to wear and tear are not considered faulty. We will always endeavour to repair or replace your item, and if we cannot do this, we will offer you a full refund.

RETURNS COST You must cover the postage cost to return garments with us.Exceptions will be granted if S&T is at fault for faulty garments or dispatch errors. The returns label and handling fee is $25, and the cost will be deducted from the returned amount. Alternatively, you can visit any of our stores for assistance with an exchange or credit note within 14 days of your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For orders placed via our Australian website and shipped internationally, returns will be at the customer's expense. Please request a return approval via Customer Care.

USA RETURNS: USPS is the most reliable and affordable service when returned via regular mail with tracking.

RETURN INSTORE Online purchases can be returned to any of our boutiques (within 14 days) for an exchange or credit note only.

REFUND PROCESS TIME Once your return has been processed and assessed, we will refund your order immediately and notify you via email. All refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the payment to appear in your account.

RETURN TO SENDER If an order is returned due to an insufficient address, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange re-delivery and incur a $25 shipping fee. Any customers who return an order to any one of our stores or warehouse and not processed via the Returns Portal or approved by Customer Care will be returned to the sender.  

INSTORE RETURNS POLICY

If you have purchased your item in any of our boutiques, we only offer credit notes (in the form of a digital gift card) or exchanges on full-priced items purchased in boutiques subject to the following conditions: The garments and footwear are returned within 7 days of purchase and be accompanied by a receipt. The garments and footwear are returned in original packaging. Garments and/or footwear must be in saleable condition, i.e., clean, with tags attached, and in original condition. Garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted. The following items are non-exchangeable: Jewellery or sale items.

Please note that credit notes and gift vouchers are valid for 12 months.

Boutique purchases can only be returned to our S&T boutiques. They cannot be returned to the S&T Online Returns Portal or sent to our warehouse.
