We're delighted to bring you our Rachael Finch for Skin and Threads collection.
The sun and the beach, a healthy, full life, friends and family. This collection reflects Rachael's vitality and lifestyle.
Rachael was an athlete before becoming a model and you can see this in her physique; naturally toned with fluid movements, coordinated and instinctive. There is a strength and an inner confidence that she is comfortable in her own skin - an Aussie girl.
Designing the range with Rachael was effortless. With such a full life, versatility and ease were key concepts. Words like relaxed and convertible were used consistently.
Intimate, personal and reflecting Rachael's vibrant and active lifestyle, the collection is the perfect marriage of her personality and the quintessential Australian summer.

Originating from Melbourne, Skin and Threads will always hold the city close to our hearts.
We caught up with gorgeous Danae Morris to get some insiders tips to the most liveable city in the world.
How did you become a guide for the Hidden Secret Tours?
After spending almost a year abroad, I returned home unemployed but with a curious mind and a love for the city that I had lived in. Funnily enough a week after I returned home, I applied for a position that was tweeted by Hidden Secrets Tours. I only researched them after noticing them walking down a laneway that I live in and thought that might be fun to do. Now coming into my third year with the team, I still get nervous every morning at 9:30am.
We love our hometown of Melbourne, what are your top 5 things even the born and bred locals should see/do?
NGV INTERNATIONAL & IAN POTTER CENTRE - The galleries are home to the most wonderful collections of art. Many of the exhibits are free and they change regularly. Tip- Check out the Grollo Equiset Garden NGV for kids and those who need some sunshine.
PACK A PICNIC - Enjoy any of the city’s gardens each season. Summer is all about the outdoor cinema and MSO. Winter has the most beautiful light and most of the bare branches allow you to see more of the city views. Good tip for winter - warm yourself in the Fitzroy Gardens Observatory or THE BOT Glass house. An alternative is the space created by The Little Veggie Patch Co, a hidden community garden oasis on the Federation Square carpark rooftop. Perfect place for a lunch break or join them for a morning yoga session.
CITY CIRCLE TRAM #35 - I love it after dark. Every night from Thursday to Saturday the tram runs until 9pm from Flinders street. Grab a Gelato from Spring Street Grocer, jump on the tram at Bourke/Spring street and enjoy the old world charm without the crowds.
ROOFTOP VISTAS - Walk up the marble steps of the Shrine of Remberance to one of the best views of the city. Experience a sunrise or sunset and on a clear day you can see the Dandenong Ranges. After sunset grab a seat at any one of the many rooftop bars that we are (in)famous for. For a bit of fun, Goldilocks which is accessed via lift in Chinese noodle bar is perfect for those summer nights in Melbourne.
THE NICHOLAS BUILDING - Many walk past the beautiful vertical community that is housed on the corner of Flinders Lane & Swanston Street. Melbourne’s best Milliners, Jewellers, Artists, Writers and even Clairvoyants can be found in the iconic 1920’s building. I regularly use the lifts of this beautiful building, which were the fastest in the city many moons ago.
Melbourne is known for its food and coffee culture. Where is your favourite spot to eat?
We are spoilt for choice, however some of the places I have found myself returning to in the last few months.
Breakfast - Little Big Sugar Salt - Breakfast and lunch. I tend to trust them with their mystery crumpet breakfast creations
Lunch & Dinner - Neapoli - Great food, cocktails and fun staff
Dinner - Belleville - Roast Chicken and sides. It’s delicious, easy to please fussy friends and has a really great vibe!
- Whisky + Alement /Boilermaker on Thursday nights
Bar Americano - Apertivo of the week
Romeo Lane - Cocktails. Perfect in winter by the open fireplace
Bar Ampere - Sit outside or venture down the secret passage into Gin Palace
Dukes Coffee Roasters - If you can grab a seat by the filter bar or the much coveted nook. Great filter options and too many naughty pastries in the cabinet.
Describe how you would spend the perfect day in Melbourne.
Perfect day would be the same way i approach most days. We all have our own our habits and I know that my day begins at Dukes with a batch brew coffee and would end enjoying a nice beverage in one hand and a loved one in the other. I’d then do everything else that I love in between.
