Returns and Exchanges

Any unworn Skin and Threads garment may be returned to the head office within 14 days of purchase via registered post. Please note there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.

Please note: all items for return or exchange must have a Return Authorisation number (RA). For returns of faulty goods please follow the same process. RA numbers can be obtained by emailing us at returns@skinandthreads.com. Once you have received your RA please send your return to Skin and Threads' head office attention:
